At Shiloh at Abbott Ranch, we empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by providing a nurturing environment focused on life skills training, micro-business development, and sustainable housing. Guided by our theme verse, Genesis 49:10, which speaks to the promise of leadership and purpose, we believe that each resident is a unique creation of God, perfect just as they are. Our vision is to create the world's first self-sustaining, non-government funded, employee-owned community that fosters independence, dignity, and a sense of belonging for all our members. Shiloh embodies healing, rest, and retreat, offering a vibrant community hub featuring a petting zoo, agricultural activities, event venues, camping, horseback riding, and creative outlets like photography, art, music, and entertainment—all curated and managed by our amazing special needs owners and residents. Together, we strive to cultivate skills and opportunities that enable our residents to thrive, contribute meaningfully to society, and celebrate their unique abilities in a supportive and inclusive setting, rooted in the belief that everyone is deserving of love and respect.
